To lead the marketing and brand strategy for all entities under our umbrella, driving growth, customer engagement, and brand value. To build and manage a high performing marketing team, define brand positioning, execute campaigns and align marketing efforts with operations, finance, and company objectives.
Qualifications & Skills
· 5 years of marketing experience, ideally with multi‑brand and multi‑site context.
· English, spoken and written.
· Proven digital & performance marketing skills.
· Strong analytical mindset; comfortable with data, numbers, metrics.
· Experience managing budgets, vendors, agencies.
· Excellent leadership skills; ability to manage, mentor, and grow team.
· Strong communication & collaboration skills.
· Creative flair and an eye for visual branding.
· Understand the US consumer mindset.
