Overview

We are seeking an experienced Head of Market Risk to lead market risk analysis and support strategic risk management initiatives within a banking environment. The adecuado candidate will have strong analytical capabilities, excellent interpersonal skills, and experience working with capital markets and financial instruments.

Mandatory Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Banking.
- CFA Certification or FRM Certification (required).
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Market Risk and financial markets.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Professional English proficiency.
