SAP IM (Inventory Management) - Lead / Energy Sector

We are seeking an experienced SAP IM Senior Associate to join our team and support our Inventory Management processes within SAP. The adecuado candidate will have 4-5 years of hands-on experience with SAP Inventory Management module, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory processes and ensure accurate materials tracking.

Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, support, and maintain SAP IM module functionalities to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with supply chain, warehouse, and procurement teams to optimize inventory processes and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshooting of SAP IM-related issues, providing timely resolutions.
- Assist in system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Support periodic inventory audits and reconciliation activities to ensure data accuracy.




- Prepare functional specifications and work alongside technical teams during SAP enhancements and custom developments.
- Develop and deliver training materials and end-user support related to SAP IM processes.
- Monitor and analyze inventory KPIs, generate reports, and suggest improvements for process optimization.
- Participate in SAP upgrades, rollouts, and continuous improvement projects.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of experience working with SAP Inventory Management (IM) module.
- Strong understanding of inventory management, material movements, stock transfers, and physical inventory processes.
- Experience in SAP MM and integration points with other SAP modules such as WM, SD, and PP is a plus.
- Proficiency in SAP configuration, troubleshooting, and support processes.
