Job Title: Medical Scientific Liaison (MSL) – Mexico / LATAM
Role Overview
We are seeking a high-performing, bilingual Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to serve as our primary scientific representative in Latin America, with an approximately 80% focus on Mexico and broader Latin America, and ~20% support of projects in other integral markets. This field-based role is critical to sustaining our momentum in Latin America, where recent Medical Affairs engagement has driven significant adoption of diagnostic testing.




The successful candidate will combine deep clinical expertise in oncology and molecular diagnostics with a strong understanding of the healthcare and reimbursement landscape across Mexico and LATAM, and the flexibility to support activities in other key regions (e.g., EU, Middle East, South Asia). This individual will foster long-term partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals (HCPs), payors, insurance companies, distribution partners, and internal stakeholders.
The role will report to the International Business Lead and will be closely supported by the US-based Medical team leads. The MSL will collaborate closely with the commercial organization, maintaining strong commercial awareness while operating within the remit and compliance requirements of a Medical function.
Key Responsibilities
