Who You’ll Work With
You will be part of the broader Partners team, reporting to the Department Stores Sales Director. The Business Manager will work closely with cross-functional and the APLA Geo, including external partners (retailers, collaborators, etc.) and internal teams (Merchandising, Marketplace, Brand Marketing, Brand counterparts, Operations, DSM/Planning, Finance, and more).

Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking a Account Business Manager to join our team. The idóneo candidate will drive the Department Stores strategy, collaborating with retailers, cross functional teams and enterprise leaders. We value business managers who can analyze wholesale and retail business results, deliver impactful presentations, results oriented and build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- 6-7 years of relevant business experience, including field sales, retail buying, merchandising, sales business planning, or sales analysis
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience




- Strong experience in retail or sales, or field support experience at Nike preferred
- Demonstrated leadership ability
- Advance English proficiency is required
- Team coordniation skills
- Ability to prepare, plan, and deliver clear, persuasive presentations
- Passion for sports
- Understanding of the competitive market, customer needs, and retail trends
- Proficiency in using financial data to inform decisions and maximize account profitability
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
