Professional Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in Maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
- 1-2 years of experience leading and developing technical teams.
- Proven experience working in high-volume manufacturing facilities.
Technical Competencies
- Strong knowledge of Preventive, Predictive,



and Corrective Maintenance strategies.
- Experience using CMMS systems (SVISION preferred or equivalent) for work order management and spare parts inventory control.
- Advanced ability to read and interpret electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics.
- Troubleshooting and diagnostics of PLCs, variable frequency drives (VFDs), and automated systems.
- Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis, Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, and 5S methodologies.
- Experience tracking and reporting maintenance KPIs, including OEE, MTBF, and MTTR.
- Experience supporting new product introductions, model changes, and production line launches.
Leadership & Soft Skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to develop and mentor maintenance technicians.
- Proven ability to make sound decisions and respond effectively in critical equipment downtime situations.
