Reporting and Process Improvement:
- Creating and improving Excel reports and tracking systems.
- Following up on unresolved issues until they are completed.
- Helping organize team priorities and daily workflow.
- Communicating clearly with management and team members.
- Using AI and automation to reduce repetitive work and improve accuracy.
- Developing better processes, controls, and reporting systems.
