As part of our expansion into Mexico, we are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to help establish and grow our local talent acquisition function.

This is an opportunity to build something from the ground up. You will develop our recruitment approach for the Mexican market, strengthen our local employer brand, and attract high-quality technical talent. We are looking for someone proactive, independent, and reliable, someone who can organize their own workday, take full ownership of priorities, and succeed in a fast-paced environment.

The idóneo candidate has strong knowledge of the Mexican talent market, proven experience recruiting for technical roles, excellent English skills, and a genuine commitment to creating an outstanding candidate experience.

What You'll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical roles in Mexico
- Build sourcing strategies tailored to the local tech market




- Help grow our employer brand from the ground up
- Partner with hiring managers and share market insights
- Manage stakeholder communication professionally, including handling escalations
- Lead offer negotiations through to successful hires
- Keep candidate experience strong at every step of the process

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience recruiting for technical roles
- Strong knowledge of the Mexican talent market
- Excellent English communication skills
- A proactive, organized, and independent way of working
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, hands-on, and ready to work hard to get results
- Experience building a recruitment function or employer brand in a new market is a strong plus.
