About The Role
As a Global Supply Framework Expert within the Supply Chain management organization, you will play a key role in defining, maintaining, and developing the global standard of working with suppliers in the Supply Chain Management processes. Your primary responsibility will be to define and develop the optimal standards for SCM supplier management in collaboration with SCM and Procurement, which will ensure the highest SCM performance for customers with the lowest possible cost. In addition,



you will continuously control and evaluate Supplier processes for their compliance to standards.

What You Will Do
- Independently move projects forward by collaborating and driving commitments from internal teams cross-functionally with (e.g., Procurement, Finance, Operations, IT) to set objectives and produce meaningful results
- Apply up-to-date expertise to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices; supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs; and building commitment for perspectives and rationales.
- Devise clear frameworks for making day-to-day decisions including building project plans

- Define, develop and support implementation of supply concepts for supply base including Supplier Consignment, Vendor Managed Inventory, Ship to Line, KANBAN, MOQ, Delivery Incoterms and shipping Standards, etc.
