Role:
Quality Engineer
Location:
Juárez, Chihuahua, Mexico (Onsite role)
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality initiatives using AIAG Control Plans and FMEA
- Support PPAP activities (internal and external)
- Create and update SOPs, Quality Plans, PDNs, and PCNs
- Monitor First Pass Yield (FPY) data and conduct document audits
- Review GD&T; and support FAI activities
- Assist with DOE planning and execution
- Update CAD/CREO/Pro-E files as needed
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
- 5+ years experience in Quality/Manufacturing/Engineering (Automotive or related industry)
- Experience with AIAG and ISO 9001
- Knowledge of casting manufacturing processes
- Strong continuous improvement mindset
- Fluent in Spanish and English
Preferred Skills
- Six Sigma Green Belt
