About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team as a full-time remote contractor. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, customizing, integrating, and maintaining Salesforce solutions that support our business processes and operational needs.

The adecuado candidate is a hands-on Salesforce developer who can translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, troubleshoot issues independently, and collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members.

Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce APIs
- Configure Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, permissions, and other platform functionality
- Build and maintain Salesforce Flows and automations
- Develop integrations between Salesforce and external applications or APIs
- Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce bugs, performance issues, and integration problems
- Maintain clean, scalable, and well-documented code
- Perform testing, debugging,



deployments, and ongoing platform maintenance
- Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Improve existing Salesforce functionality and recommend opportunities for automation
- Follow Salesforce development, security, and deployment best practices
- Participate in code reviews and maintain appropriate technical documentation

Qualifications
- Professional experience developing solutions on the Salesforce platform
- Strong experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce APIs
- Experience building Salesforce Flows and other platform automations
- Understanding of Salesforce data models, security, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules
- Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems
- Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and web services
- Experience with Git or another version-control sys
