About the Role

We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Technical Recruiter based in Mexico to join our growing recruiting team. In this role, you will identify, engage, and recruit top IT professionals supporting clients and hiring initiatives across the United States.

This position begins with an extensive hands-on training program where you will work closely with experienced Senior Recruiters to learn STAND 8's recruiting methodology, tools, delivery processes, and market strategy. Upon successful completion of the training program,



you will transition into a full-cycle recruiting role with ownership over sourcing, qualifying, and managing technical talent.

Responsibilities
- Recruit top IT consultants and serve as the primary point of contact throughout the full recruiting lifecycle, delivering a world-class candidate experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants by providing career guidance on market trends, compensation expectations, resume development, interview preparation, and emerging technologies.
- Develop creative and effective sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and internal databases.
