What You’ll Do
- Follow up on APDS and PPAP processes to ensure timely completion and compliance with requirements.
- Manage and track customer complaints, ensuring effective root cause analysis and closure of corrective actions.
- Conduct visits to customer locations to support quality topics, issue resolution, and relationship management.
- Develop and complete Prototype, Pre‑production, and Serial Production Control Plans in alignment with customer and internal standards.
- Actively participate in PFMEA activities, strengthening error‑proofing and risk prevention measures.
- Verify that results from Quality‑related activities at R@R comply with Autoliv and customer requirements.
- Ensure closure of all open quality issues prior to SOP, minimizing launch risks.
- Identify and analyze quality risks, escalate appropriately to management, propose corrective actions, and verify effective closure.
- Support timely and accurate review, approval, and sign‑off of customer PPAP submissions.

- Ability to make sound decisions, manage risks, and ensure accountability in quality‑driven environments.
- Experience in Process Quality and Quality Systems, including PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, and customer systems.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality within manufacturing or automotive environments.
- Effective communication, negotiation, collaboration, and leadership skills with high ethical standards and integrity.
- Innovative, self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and continuous learner with strong technical orientation.
- General mindset with willingness to travel and work in cross‑regional teams.
- English proficiency minimum B2 level (verbal and written).
