We are now launching De Volada Mexican Candy Shot, a ready-to-pour spicy watermelon tequila shot inspired by one of the most popular shots in Texas.

De Volada is being built around real-world occasions: pregames, nightlife, tailgates, festivals, parties, tastings, and other social events. We are looking for a hands-on marketer in Mexico who wants to help shape the brand from the beginning.

You will work directly with the founder and coordinate closely with our sales and field marketing team in Texas, as well as photographers, videographers, creators, influencers, and other freelance partners.

What You’ll Work On





A lot of our marketing starts with things happening in the real world.

Our team in Texas is constantly putting on events and activations. We work with local videographers and on-camera creators to capture those moments, interview consumers, get reactions, and create footage around the product.

Your role will be to help turn that activity into a consistent marketing engine.

That may include:
- Planning social content and helping decide what types of content we should be creating
- Editing short-form video from events, creator shoots, product shoots, and other raw footage
- Turning real-world activations into Reels, Stories, ads, and other social content
- Sourcing UGC creators, influencers, photographers, and other creative talent
- Giving creators clear direction around concepts, hooks, style, and deliverables
- Managing influencer gifting, product seeding, and creator outreach
- Coordinating lifestyle and prod
