About the Role
We are looking for an
Application Analyst
to support, configure, and optimize applications related to billing and claims processes. This role is responsible for analyzing business needs, managing application configurations, troubleshooting issues, supporting billing and claims workflows, and coordinating changes across testing and production environments.
The adecuado candidate has experience working with
insurance, health insurance, medical claims, billing, payments, or other complex business processes
and is interested in developing their career in healthcare technology.

insurance processes, claims, payments, or business applications

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and manage application requests, incidents, and change requests related to
PB & Claims workflows
.
- Configure and maintain application functionality based on business and operational requirements.
- Troubleshoot application issues, identify root causes, and coordinate appropriate solutions.
- Support workflows related to
professional billing, claims processing, payments, denials, and account resolution
.
- Review and validate charges, claim-related information, payment workflows, and business rules.
- Coordinate application changes through
testing, validation, and production environments
.
- Perform functional testing to ensure changes work as expected before deployment.
- Document configurations, solutions, testing results, and application changes using tools such as
Jira and Confluence
.
- Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and other application teams to resolve issues and implement improvements.
- Manage and follow up on tickets and requests through platforms such as
ServiceNow
.
- Communicate status, solutions, and expected timelines to stakeholders and end users.
