Position Objective

Provide support to the Human Resources department through the preparation and updating of Excel reports,



as well as the verification and control of documentation related to crew members and vessels assigned to projects.

What will you be doing?

Prepare, update, and analyse Microsoft Excel reports using advanced functions, pivot tables, formulas, and charts.

Verify and validate personnel documents for project-assigned vessels to ensure validity, consistency, and compliance.

Maintain the crewing database.

Manage document control for both physical and digital files.

Identify information inconsistencies or missing data and report them in a timely manner.

Enter operational pre-payroll data (incidents/variations).

What experience would we like you to have?

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookup functions, formulas, filters, charts, and database management).

Ideally a final-semester student in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Business Administration, Economic
