Job Summary
We are looking for a Bilingual Sales & Social Media Marketing Virtual Assistant who is fluent in English and Spanish to support our social media marketing, content creation, community engagement, and lead generation efforts.

This role combines social media management, short-form content creation, social selling, lead qualification, and administrative support. You will help maintain our social media presence, engage with potential customers, identify sales opportunities, and support the team in converting social media interactions into qualified leads and sales conversations.

The idóneo candidate is creative, organized, comfortable communicating with customers online, and able to balance content production with sales and lead-generation activities.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Content




- Plan and maintain content calendars for assigned social media platforms.
- Create, edit, schedule, and publish short-form content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Create social media graphics, captions, short-form videos, and other marketing content that follows brand guidelines.
- Research relevant social media trends, content formats, and topics that may be appropriate for the brand.
- Monitor audience engagement and identify opportunities to improve reach and interaction.
- Maintain consistent messaging, branding, and tone across social media channels.

Social Selling & Lead Generation
- Engage with potential customers through social media comments, direct messages, and other approved communication channels.
