Job Description

Monitor the quality system with a preventive approach to validation and strict compliance with design requirements, manufacturing processes and products, as well as engineering activities, program launches, and product transfers,



in order to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Release tooling and equipment for the entire production line, from pre-assembly operations to post-operation equipment. Applicable from prototype phases through engineering changes.
- Review and follow up on the PPAP package, conduct customer reviews based on specific requirements, and plan documentation for each phase or engineering change.
- Request and follow up on PSW and IMDS approvals for components until all are 100% approved.
- Read and interpret drawings and/or specifications.
- Perform analyses, CTQs, gauge plans, etc., and complete launch documentation packages.
- Establish inspection methods and monitor quality performance with the customer throughout the different phases.
- Maintain and update Lear and customer systems, including Profile, GQTS, CQMS, and SQMS.
- Define the harness special characteristics based on customer requirements, DFMEA, historical
