We seek a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Agent with exceptional written and spoken English skills to join our growing team. The adecuado candidate will have experience in sales, customer service, or client relationship management, with strong communication and organizational abilities. Additional experience in account management, lead generation, or business development will be considered a significant plus.

Tasks and responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients through inbound and outbound channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients.
- Conduct virtual sales presentations and product/service demonstrations.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met effectively.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Prepare reports on sales activities, forecasts, and performance metrics.

Qualifications




- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or related roles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
- Experience in one or more of the following areas is a plus:
- B2B or B2C sales
- Marketing or lead generation
- Account management or customer success
- Professional certifications in sales, negotiation, or marketing are an advantage
