What will you do?
- Support engineering projects through reporting, cost tracking, data validation, and project coordination activities.
- Support project managers and engineering teams with status updates, action tracking, meeting follow-ups, and other project coordination activities.
- Reconcile cost reports against invoices received, identifying discrepancies, missing information, or potential errors and supporting the corresponding follow-up.
- Maintain and follow up on project trackers in Smartsheet, ensuring milestones, actions, deliverables, and due dates are kept up to date.
- Provide support with selected access-related tickets, helping track requests and coordinate their resolution with the appropriate teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, finance, procurement, IT, and other business functions to gather, validate, and maintain accurate information.
- Maintain organized project documentation and identify opportunities to improve reporting, tracking, and data management processes.
- Location: Distrito Polanco.
