About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and data-driven
Channel Sales & Retail Intern
to join our Commercial & Sales Operations team. In this role, you will support mobile device sales performance, track key operational metrics, assist with Go-To-Market (GTM) execution across retail accounts and authorized distributors, and analyze telecommunications market trends.

Key Responsibilities
- Channel Sales Tracking & Analytics:
- Monitor sell-in/sell-out metrics and inventory levels for mobile devices across key retail partners, department stores, and authorized dealer networks.
- Reporting & Performance Dashboards:
- Create and update weekly sales reports, promotional trackers, and target achievement dashboards using Excel and Power BI.
- Trade Marketing & POS Execution:
- Collaborate with field and trade marketing teams to ensure proper implementation of Point-of-Sale (POS) materials, promotional campaigns, and new smartphone product launches.
- Commercial Operations Support:




- Support cross-functional operational workflows, including order tracking, inventory allocation, and invoice follow-ups with logistics, finance, and product teams.
- Market Intelligence & Benchmarking:
- Conduct competitive analysis on device pricing, rate plans, carrier promotions, and market dynamics within the local telecom industry.

Position Requirements

1. Education & Availability
- Currently enrolled in the final two years of a Bachelor’s degree in
Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, Industrial Engineering
, or a related field.
- Available for a
6-to-12-month internship
period (valid university agreement required).
- Available to work
30 hours per week
under a adaptable schedule.

2. Technical & Functional Skills
- Advanced Excel:
Proficient in Pivot Tables, data manipulation, and lookup formulas (VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP).
- Data Visualization:
Basic knowledge or familiarity with Power BI or Tableau i
