We are seeking a highly analytical, strategic, and results-oriented Business Operations Manager to lead and optimize the end-to-end online vehicle purchasing and financing conversion funnel in Mexico.

Responsabilities:
- Analyze and optimize the complete online car buying funnel, including lead generation, customer contact, pre-approval submission, credit approval, dealer visits, and final vehicle purchase.
- Identify customer drop-off points using data analysis and operational observations, proposing and executing practical solutions to boost conversion rates.
- Partner with the commercial team to optimize lead follow-up workflows, customer segmentation, sales scripts, and conversion strategies.
- Collect operational feedback from customers, sales teams, dealers, OEMs, and financial partners to turn insights into business process and UX enhancements.
- Align internal teams and external stakeholders/partners to guarantee the seamless delivery of local projects.
- Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to continuously improve internal platforms, AI capabilities, CRM workflows,



and operational tools based on operational feedback.
- Track key business indicators and deliver periodic operational analyses with actionable recommendations for business growth.

Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree completed.
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in Business Operations, Commercial Operations, Sales Operations, Product Operations, or Project Management.
- Industry Background: Experience in Tech, E-commerce, Marketplace, Fintech, SaaS, or the Automotive industry (with a strong plus in automotive financing).
- Professional working proficiency in English.
- Mandarin Chinese is considered a strong plus.
