Senior AI/ML Platform Engineer – Palantir Foundry

We are looking for a Senior AI/ML Platform Engineer with strong hands-on Palantir Foundry experience to own day-to-day platform engineering and technical delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own technical execution and day-to-day engineering for the Palantir Foundry platform

• Lead solution design, implementation planning, and technical decision-making

• Develop reusable patterns for pipelines, Ontology, applications, APIs, automation, and AI-enabled workflows

• Translate platform priorities and business requirements into clear engineering deliverables

• Track delivery progress, dependencies, risks, technical debt, platform health, and capacity

• Establish standards around security, testing, documentation, observability, and lifecycle management

• Partner with business, engineering, architecture, and platform teams to align priorities and outcomes





• Support platform governance, maturity reviews, roadmap planning, and leadership reporting

• Align Palantir solutions with Snowflake, Databricks, Azure/AWS, and enterprise AI/ML patterns

Required Skills:

• Strong enterprise experience with Palantir Foundry

• Hands-on experience with Foundry Pipelines, Ontology, Applications, Automation, APIs, and Integrations

• Strong Python and SQL skills

• Strong data engineering and platform engineering experience

• Experience with Snowflake and Databricks

• Working knowledge of Azure and/or AWS

• Experience designing scalable and reusable technical solutions

• Strong understanding of platform governance, security, testing, observability, and lifecycle management

• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
