We are seeking a Human Resources (HR) Systems & Reporting Administrator to support HR, Benefits, Payroll, and more than 2,800 employees in a 100% remote role based in Mexico.

This customer-focused and analytical position will administer Workday and related HR information systems, with a strong emphasis on integration support, data flows, system configuration, testing, and issue resolution.

The administrator will partner with Human Resource Business Partners, Regional Finance, Payroll, end users, and technical consultants to improve system reliability and resolve functional and technical issues.

The role will also support HR reporting and analytics, audits, surveys, training, and ongoing system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities
- Administer Workday functions, including security maintenance,



business process configuration, tenant configuration, data loads, integrations, and upgrades, with primary emphasis on the stability and accuracy of system integrations.
- Proactively consult with Human Resource Business Partners, Regional Finance, and Payroll teams to troubleshoot and resolve functional, technical, and integration issues affecting Workday, Equifax, HSI, iCIMS, and E-Verify tools.
- Analyze integration failures, data discrepancies, and workflow issues, coordinating resolution with internal stakeholders and technical consultants as needed.
- Complete Workday system changes and updates by supporting the rollout and testing of new releases in the system Sandbox, implementing system enhancements, and assisting with new business process configurations, including Time & Absence.
- Validate data loads and integration-related changes to help maintain accurate and reliable HR, Benefits, and Payroll
