I’m currently connecting with experienced Human Resources leaders who have built their careers close to manufacturing operations and the shop floor.

This is a confidential executive search for an international manufacturing company in the Mexico City metropolitan area.

The profile I’m particularly interested in speaking with combines:

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience

• Solid manufacturing plant background

• Direct experience with unionized operational workforces and collective bargaining

• Hands-on management of turnover, absenteeism and operational recruitment

• Responsibility for employee services such as cafeteria, transportation, medical services and security

• Strong knowledge of Mexican labor relations and legislation

• Ability to work closely with plant leadership while remaining involved in day-to-day HR operations





• Proven results improving workforce stability, engagement or productivity

• Professional English capable of supporting regular interaction with international management

This is not a corporate-only HR role. The operation requires someone comfortable being close to employees, supervisors and daily plant challenges while also providing strategic direction.
