Senior Salesforce Business Analyst

Position Overview

We are seeking a
Senior Salesforce Business Analyst
with strong experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, Agile delivery, and Salesforce business processes. The adecuado candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and Salesforce technical teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops.
- Create
user stories, acceptance criteria, functional requirements
, and process documentation.
- Analyze current and future-state business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with Salesforce Developers, Administrators, QA, Product Owners, and business stakeholders.
- Participate in
Agile/Scrum ceremonies
, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and reviews.
- Coordinate
UAT
, functional testing, defect resolution, and business validation.
- Support Salesforce implementations, enhancements, integrations, and process optimization.




- Communicate Salesforce solutions and system changes effectively to business users.

Salesforce Skills

Strong understanding of:
- Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Objects, Fields, Record Types, Validation Rules, and Flows
- Reports & Dashboards
- Profiles, Roles, and Permission Sets
- Salesforce configuration and data management
- CRM processes and integrations

Candidate should understand the standard
Sales Cloud lifecycle: Lead → Account/Contact → Opportunity → Quote → Closed Won/Lost.

Requirements
- 5+ years of Salesforce BA / Functional Consulting experience
- Strong requirements gathering and business process analysis skills.
- Proven experience creating user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Strong Agile/Scrum experience.
- Experience with UAT and functional testing.
- Experience with
Jira and Confluence
or similar tools.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving
