As the
Engagement Marketing Senior Analyst
on the Driver Marketing team,



you will play a pivotal role in keeping our driver community across Spanish-speaking Latin America (SSL) active and motivated. Your primary focus will be owning the end-to-end communication of everything related to driver earnings — incentives, promotions, and earning opportunities — so drivers clearly understand how to maximize what they earn and stay motivated to keep driving with us. Working within a fast-paced, regional team, you will act as a bridge between data-driven insights and tangible marketing actions for one of the world's leading mobility platforms.

In this role, you'll be...
- Owning Earnings Communications: Leading the end-to-end communication of all earnings-related messaging across channels, so every driver knows how to maximize what they earn and stays motivated to keep driving with us.
- Driving Insights: Transforming complex data into clear reports and actionable insights
