We have an opportunity for an experienced sales leader to drive profitable growth across Latin America for our Commercial & Industrial Water Solutions business. This role is responsible for developing executing regional growth strategies across key markets including commercial buildings, industrial water, fire protection, and Infrastructure.

The Regional Sales Manager will lead and develop a dedicated sales team and partner with distributors, engineering consultants, contractors, OEMs, end users, and internal stakeholders to expand market share and influence specifications across the region.



This leader will drive demand creation, strengthen channel partnerships, improve sales execution, and accelerate growth through Pentair’s Win-Right values.

This position will report directly to our GM, Commercial Water Supply and requires approximately 60% travel throughout the region.

You will:
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, market share, and growth objectives across Latin America.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Territory Account Representatives and Field Support, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer-centric selling.
