Job Title: Experienced Associate - Workday Security, Compliance & Governance

Location: Mexico City (Hybrid position)

Job Summary

As an Experienced Associate, you will play a key role in supporting and delivering Workday security, compliance, governance, and learning initiatives for global clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize Workday processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to large-scale Workday implementations and transformation projects. This role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced and general environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide subject matter expertise in Workday security, compliance, governance, and process optimization.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, internal controls, and compliance standards within the Workday environment.
- Participate in the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday solutions.
- Support data integrity, data migration, and system governance activities.




- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements.
- Contribute to the successful delivery of global Workday projects, ensuring quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
- Assist in defining best practices, standards, and controls for Workday operations and security.
- Support business development activities and the growth of Workday-related service offerings when required.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Human Resources, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 0 - 2 years of experience.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in project-based environments with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a focus on quality and compliance.
