WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You will be part of the broader Partners team, reporting to the Senior Marketplace Sales Director. The Sales Account Director collaborates closely with cross-functional teams within the Sports business in the territory and the APLA Geo, including external partners (retailers, collaborators, etc.) and internal teams (Merchandising, Marketplace, Brand Marketing, Brand counterparts, Operations,



DSM/Planning, Finance, and more).

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking a Sales Account Director to join our team. The adecuado candidate will drive the Innovasport Group strategy, collaborating with retailers, cross functional teams and enterprise leaders. We value strategic thinkers who can analyze wholesale and retail business results, deliver impactful presentations, and build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. We are looking for an experienced leader who is results-oriented and embraces change.
- 7–9 years of relevant business experience, including field sales, retail buying, merchandising, sales business planning, or sales analysis
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong experience in retail or sales, or field support experience at Nike preferred
- Demonstrated leader
