The CS Risk Programs team is responsible for identifying and mitigating customer risks to drive retention and long-term success. We use predictive analytics and AI to detect early warning signals, coordinate cross-functional mitigation strategies, and empower Customer Success Managers with structured planning tools like the Risk Playbooks. Our work includes running risk reviews, mitigating the identified risks using cross-functional tactics, and managing executive reporting on risk trends.

As a Program Manager on the Risk and Retention team, you will lead strategic initiatives that identify, mitigate, and manage customer risk to drive retention and long-term success.
