I´m looking for a Technical Customer Success Manager to support Cibersecurity Services across North America and Latin America for a General Cibersecurity Company. This is a high-visibility, first-in-region role where you will lead regional strategy, drive adoption, and ensure customer retention.

What You’ll Do
- Serve as a strategic bridge between the customer lifecycle, from onboarding to executive business reviews and renewals.
- Focus on helping clients maximize their security priorities through our diverse service offerings.
- Monitor customer health, manage escalations, and partner with Sales to identify growth opportunities.
- Contribute to building scalable Customer Success processes for the North American market.

What We Need
- 5+ years in Customer Success or Technical Account Management within cybersecurity.
- Strong technical background in cyber services or hands-on technical roles.
- Proven experience managing enterprise/mid-market clients and C-level stakeholders.
- High ownership mindset and autonomy (first-in-region role).

Requiered: Bilingual English/Spanish (100% / Native or Professional Proficiency).
