The Opportunity

This is not a Marketing Manager position.

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with a proven track record of developing and executing product strategies for specialty veterinary pharmaceuticals in the Companion Animal market.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of established, high-value brands,



driving sustainable growth through product lifecycle management, scientific marketing, customer insights, and close collaboration with Sales, Technical Services, Regulatory Affairs, Finance, and Supply Chain.

This role requires a strategic thinker who understands how to grow mature brands, identify market opportunities, and translate commercial insights into measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual and long-term product strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage the complete lifecycle of assigned products, maximizing market share, profitability, and sustainable growth.
- Analyze market dynamics, customer insights, competitive intelligence, and industry trends to identify business opportunities.
- Build product positioning and value propositions that strengthen Dechra's leadership in Companion Animal specialty medicine.
- Design and implement integrated marketing plans using scientific, digital, and tradition
