What You Will Do:
- Supervises a team of primarily entry and intermediate Technicians / Business Support employees, with flexibility to determine how assignments are completed (e.g., objectives and approaches to completing work).
- Sets day-to-day goals and objectives for team members.
- Prepares,



updates and monitors performance metrics to ensure business objectives are achieved.
- Performs capacity planning of staff and resources to support input variations, adjusting and performing recovery plans.
- Participate in hiring process of new employees, transfers, promotions, salary actions and terminations.
- Support project management based on business needs; may be required to support other duties/functions within the company.
- Actively participate in initiatives for Root Cause/Corrective Actions using Quality tools and support.
- Actively participate in obtaining Quality and Regulatory Certifications.
- Review and implement technical, process and regulatory documentation changes; creates or updates procedures as required.
- Coordinates or provide technicians with theorical and on the job trainings, performing systematic reviews and adjustments of the plan.
