About the Role

We are looking for a
Staff Accountant
to support day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting operations for multiple clients. This role is idóneo for an accounting professional with solid hands-on experience in bookkeeping, reconciliations, month-end processes, and client-facing accounting support.

This is a hands-on, operational role with clearly defined workflows and close collaboration with accounting and finance teams.

? Key Responsibilities

*Accounting & Bookkeeping Support*
- Record and categorize financial transactions in accounting software
- Maintain accurate general ledger records
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
- Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
- Prepare and post journal entries as required

*Reporting & Close Support*
- Assist with month-end close activities
- Prepare basic financial reports and summaries




- Review transactions for accuracy and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain organized, audit-ready documentation

*Team Collaboration*
- Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams
- Support accounting and payroll processes as needed
- Assist with special accounting projects and ad-hoc tasks

✅ Requirements

*Experience*
- 2–3 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience, including reconciliations, journal entries, AP/AR, and month-end close support
- Experience supporting reconciliations and AP/AR tasks
- Understanding of basic accounting principles

*Technical Skills*
- QuickBooks experience (required)
- Experience with journal entries and reconciliations
- Excel skills for tracking and reporting

*Soft Skills*
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Reliable, accountable, and deadline-driven
- Comfortable following structured processes and instructions
- Open to learning and feedback
