Responsibilities

The Opportunity

As a Forecast Senior Analyst, you will play a key role in building and improving driver-based forecasts that support Demand Planning.



You will partner with Demand Planners and Data Science teams to ensure forecast accuracy and deliver insights that drive business decisions.

Your Impact
- Generate accurate driver-based forecasts by ensuring high-quality data inputs and executing models within the Forecasting Engine.
- Ensure all demand drivers are captured and reflected correctly in forecast outputs.
- Reconcile data inputs to confirm completeness and identify gaps across volume drivers.
- Act as process guardian for Master Data, ensuring proper setup and lifecycle management across systems.
- Manage history corrections, outliers, and data realignments required for model accuracy.
- Analyze forecast performance, identify root causes of variances, and drive continuous improvement actions.
- Collaborate with Demand Planning and Data Science teams to validate insights and improve forecasting models.
- Develop hypotheses and perform analysis to enhance forecast accuracy and model performance over time.
