Responsible for analyzing, developing, and implementing improvements to manufacturing processes to optimize productivity, quality, cost, and operational efficiency. Leads continuous improvement initiatives and new production line implementation projects, applying Lean Manufacturing methodologies and industrial engineering principles to support business objectives.
*Key Responsibilities*
- Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality, and resource utilization.
- Lead the implementation, startup, and optimization of new production lines, ensuring achievement of capacity, quality, safety, and efficiency targets.
- Develop plant layouts, define material flow, workstation configurations, and equipment requirements for new manufacturing processes.
- Conduct time and motion studies, capacity analysis, and production line balancing.
- Apply Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement tools to reduce waste and increase operational performance.
- Coordinate process improvement projects, product transfers, and new production line launches.




- Identify and resolve manufacturing issues through root cause analysis and the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to productivity, quality, efficiency, and cost.
- Develop, update, and maintain technical documentation, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
- Participate in pilot runs, process validation, and production release activities.
- Provide technical support and training to production personnel on manufacturing processes, work methods, and best practices.
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Planning teams to ensure operational goals are achieved.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related field.
