, you will support the execution of customer engagement and commercial programs through our digital platform, helping ensure that customers have a seamless experience while gaining visibility into program performance and opportunities for improvement.

Your Impact

In this role, you will help ensure that our customer programs are executed effectively from end to end. You will:
- Support the execution of customer reward programs, ensuring activities are completed accurately and on time, from digital platform updates and point-of-sale materials to customer rewards and issue resolution.
- Help drive the customer satisfaction agenda by monitoring customer needs
