Reporting directly to the Sales Support Manager, you as a General Customer Master Data will be responsible for providing customer service and support to POWR-GARD internal and external customers, while ensuring accurate, complete, and compliant customer master data within SAP PRD. You will manage and maintain global customer accounts, support internal business units and auditors,



and ensure customer information is aligned with corporate policies and requirements.

You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and business units to manage customer master data requests, territory changes, reporting, audits, and account updates. In this role, you will also serve as a Littelfuse Business Center administrator, supporting testing, system changes, updates, and new user profile assignments while contributing to Lean Enterprise practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
About the Job:
- Manage and maintain global customer master data in SAP PRD, ensuring accurate, complete, and compliant information aligned with corporate policies.
- Create and update customer master accounts in SAP PRD, including addresses, internal and external contacts, emails, ship-to accounts, representative numbers, and ZS representative numbers.
- Monitor and respond to request
