- Pay Rate: ~$1,213.10 – $1,386.40 USD/month (based on full-time hours) | $7.00 – $8.00 USD/hr

Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee our core financial operations, including bookkeeping, accounts receivable, payroll, cash flow, and financial reporting. In this fully remote role, you will play a key part in developing scalable financial systems, improving internal controls, and providing strategic insights to guide key business decisions.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily bookkeeping, invoicing, collections, accounts receivable, and payroll administration.
- Manage budgeting, cash flow forecasting, job costing, and comprehensive financial reporting.
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable financial systems, internal controls, and operational workflows.




- Deliver strategic financial analysis and actionable insights to support leadership and drive business growth.
- Maintain rigorous financial accuracy and compliance across all financial operations.

Requirements & Skills
- Professional Background: Prior experience as a CFO, Finance Manager, Controller, Accounting Manager, or Senior Accountant (experience in construction or real estate finance preferred).
- Core Expertise: Strong proficiency in bookkeeping, budgeting, cash flow management, job costing, payroll, collections, and financial reporting.
- Certifications: CPA or equivalent professional financial experience preferred.
- Core Competencies: Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills with a proven ability to work independently.
- Language Proficiency: Advanced English communication skills (both verbal and written).
