YOUR ROLE

* Lead end-to-end delivery of digital manufacturing and enterprise IT projects
across global sites.
* Develop and execute change management strategies to drive user adoption and
business readiness.
* Manage project scope, budget, risks, dependencies, timelines, and executive
reporting.
* Partner with business leaders, operations, quality, and IT teams to ensure
successful project outcomes.
* Drive governance, communication, training, vendor management, and continuous
improvement initiatives.

YOUR PROFILE

* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering,



Business
Administration, or a related field.
* 5-10 years of experience in IT project delivery, service management, or
digital transformation programs or organizational change management.
* Experience with Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps or Jira, ServiceNow,
Microsoft 365 Suite and SharePoint and Power BI.
* Experience with MES, LIMS or Veeva Platforms.
* Experience in Risk, Issue, Budget, and Resource Management; Change
Management, Business Readiness, and Stakeholder Engagement.
* Knowledge in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and ITIL methodologies.
* Experience leading global, cross-functional teams and manufacturing-related
technology projects.
* Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and leadership
skills.
