Job Description
The Continuous Improvement Coordinator is responsible for driving process excellence and continuous improvement initiatives across HR Hub operations. This role focuses on streamlining HR processes, increasing standardization and automation, improving service delivery, and enhancing employee experience through data-driven solutions and operational excellence methodologies.
The role partners with HR Operations, HR Technology, and key stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities, implement sustainable solutions, and support the HR transformation agenda.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and optimize end-to-end HR processes across the employee lifecycle (Hire to Retire).
Identify inefficiencies, risks, and non-value-added activities, implementing solutions to improve performance and service quality.
Lead Continuous Improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, a
