Key Responsibilities May Include:
Partner with business leaders to develop and execute people and organizational strategies that enhance business culture, performance, and growth.




Lead the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with overall regional and global HR objectives, ensuring they drive business outcomes and performance improvement.
Coach and mentor people leaders, equipping them to lead their teams through capability development, engagement initiatives, and performance management processes.
Leverage internal and external insights to assess talent needs and the broader implications of business strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Drive strategic workforce planning, identifying future capabilities required to meet business objectives, and advising on the best organization design and culture to support the strategy.
Collaborate with HR teams, Shared Services, and COEs to deliver HR initiatives and processes that align with Brambles Group policies and practices.
