The mission of the Compliance Analyst is to ensure that customer compliance fines are accurately reviewed, validated, disputed when appropriate, and communicated to relevant stakeholders (Customer Service, Warehousing, Transportation, and Finance) to achieve optimal OTIF and all other customer Violation performance; identifying bottlenecks and opportunities to business leaders for solutions.
