The Manufacturing Engineer provides engineering support to manufacturing operations within the machining business unit, supporting production flow, troubleshooting, process improvements, and the implementation of standardized processes. This role analyzes workflow, routing, floor layouts, material handling, machine utilization, scrap and rework data, and process performance to identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce operational waste. The Manufacturing Engineer also supports tooling design, production line activities,



and engineering projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve manufacturing processes.
What You Will Do:
Provide engineering support to manufacturing operations by performing technical tasks that support the planning and execution of engineering projects.
Analyze workflow, routing, floor layouts, material handling, and machine utilization to identify opportunities to improve manufacturing efficiency.
Lead and support process improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce operational waste.
Perform scrap and rework analysis, including data review, root cause identification, and implementation of standardized procedures.
Support tooling design using SolidWorks or other 3D CAD software to meet engineering and manufacturing requirements.
Resolve manufacturing issues to support production flow and minimize disruptions to production operations.
