Job Summary
Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, which we’re calling SpinCo, until the name is unveiled. The spin is planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support SpinCo, which will focus on critical digital infrastructure, delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.

Reporting to the Production Planning Manager the Inventory Control Analyst is responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy, integrity, and optimization through cycle counting, data analysis, audit execution, process improvements, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. The adecuado candidate has experience in inventory management, warehousing, materials planning, production control, or supply chain operations and enjoys solving problems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What a typical day looks like:
Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy across warehouse and production areas.
Perform and coordinate cycle counts and physical inventory activities.
Investigate inventory discrepancies and identify root causes.
Research inventory transactions using ERP systems.
Collaborate with Operations, Production, Planning, Materials, and Warehouse teams to improve inventory processes.
