Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English is required. Other European languages would be advantageous.

ABOUT THE JOB

You ensure all reservations are managed in detail and suppliers receive them on time.
Monitor that the terms and conditions of excursions meet the quality and operations standards agreed.
Overseeing Operation during excursion day and Support, gather and feedback information of any incidents
