Job Information
Provides front-line and operational support across the HR function, delivering timely, accurate, and employee-centered service based on team assignment (Payroll). Serves as a primary point of contact for employees and leaders by answering HR questions, processing transactions, maintaining data integrity, and coordinating programs and communications. Partners with HR colleagues to ensure consistent application of policies and processes, supports compliance and documentation requirements, and identifies opportunities to improve the employee experience through efficient, standardized practices.Role & Responsibility
General

Primary HR contact for employees.
Assist in developing & implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs.




Coordinate HR programs and processes such as compensation & benefits, talent acquisition, orientation, onboarding, training, and performance management.
Handle employee relations issues and recommend appropriate actions.
Support across areas of HR Operations.
Efficiently and accurately coordinate the full-cycle payroll processing administration
Responsible for payroll processing of legal compliance

Business Processes & Analytics

Executes HRIS record updates and employee data changes following established processes
Supports organizational changes with guidance
Assists with audits and reporting activities

Job Requirement
What Skills and Experience You’ll Need:

0-2 years of experience in an HR support role or internship is preferred.
Basic knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
Proficiency in payroll and accounting software is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitas
