Responsibilities
The Opportunity
As a Forecast Senior Analyst, you will play a key role in building and improving driver-based forecasts that support Demand Planning.



You will partner with Demand Planners and Data Science teams to ensure forecast accuracy and deliver insights that drive business decisions.
Your Impact
Generate accurate driver-based forecasts by ensuring high-quality data inputs and executing models within the Forecasting Engine.
Ensure all demand drivers are captured and reflected correctly in forecast outputs.
Reconcile data inputs to confirm completeness and identify gaps across volume drivers.
Act as process guardian for Master Data, ensuring proper setup and lifecycle management across systems.
Manage history corrections, outliers, and data realignments required for model accuracy.
Analyze forecast performance, identify root causes of variances, and drive continuous improvement actions.
Collaborate with Demand Planning and Data Science teams to validate insights and improve forecasting models.
Develop hypotheses and perform analysis to enhance forecast accuracy and model performance over time.
