Responsibilities
THE OPPORTUNITY
This role is responsible for the end-to-end management and execution of Sales Productivity initiatives, ensuring the delivery of savings, operational efficiencies, and value realization. As the governance owner of the Productivity agenda,



it drives cross-functional alignment, stakeholder engagement, and disciplined execution of action plans. The role challenges existing operating models by identifying and implementing scalable productivity opportunities, reimagining processes, and driving continuous improvement across the organization
YOUR IMPACT
As Sales Productivity & Transformation Manager your scope would consist of …
Lead the OPEX Productivity Agenda for the PMF Sales Organization.
Drive value realization and timely execution of action plans
Ensure appropriate support from relevant stakeholders (Sales and support functions leaders) towards identifying and driving productivity results
Coordinate a Governance with Sales functional teams to monitor progress and drive accountability for action plans.
Support the planning, tracking, and financial management of the AOP
Identify cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies through f
